Terms and conditions of use

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ShopSubito.it service provided by Denovo S.r.l.

Scope of service

ShopSubito.it provides hosting and management services for e-commerce platforms based on PrestaShop and WooCommerce in cloud mode.

Licence of use

The purchase of a plan grants the user the right to use the service under the conditions specified at the time of subscription. Resale of the service without written authorisation is prohibited.

Trial period

The Bronze plan includes a 30-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, the service will be suspended unless the user upgrades to a paid plan.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure providers. All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

Technical support

Silver and Gold plans include dedicated follow-up hours. Support is limited to issues directly related to the services offered.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Denovo S.r.l. shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Terni shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
